Event Planning & Coordination
- Assist with the planning, scheduling, and coordination of events like the Seattle and Colorado Rare Disease Fairs.
- Help secure venues, speakers, and sponsors for our events.
Event Setup & Teardown
- Help with setting up event spaces, organizing materials, and ensuring everything is ready for a successful event.
- Assist with packing up after the event, ensuring materials and supplies are safely stored.
Guest & Participant Support
- Welcome guests, speakers, and volunteers, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Assist with guiding attendees to various event activities, workshops, or booths.
On-Site Logistics & Operations
- Coordinate event activities in real-time to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Help manage event signage, registration tables, and event flow.
Community Outreach & Promotion
- Help promote upcoming events to the community through social media, email newsletters, or direct outreach.
- Encourage families, patients, and advocates to attend, ensuring a great turnout.
Fundraising Support
- Assist with event-related fundraising efforts, such as silent auctions, raffles, or donation drives.
- Help track donations and ensure that funds are properly allocated to support our mission.
